Ingredients

  • 1 bowl sago


  • 3 -4 boiled and mashed potato


  • 1 spoon salt


  • 1/2 cup roasted and crushed peanut powder


  • 1 spoon grated ginger


  • 2 - 3 green chilli chopped


  • 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • Wash and soak the sabudana in water for 4 -5 hrs.
  • After that strain the sabudana and put in the mixing bowl.
  • Add all ingredients accept oil and mix well.
  • Make a cutlet shape.
  • Now heat oil in a wok and deep fry these cutlet on midium hot oil.
  • Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
