1 bowl sago
3 -4 boiled and mashed potato
1 spoon salt
1/2 cup roasted and crushed peanut powder
1 spoon grated ginger
2 - 3 green chilli chopped
2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
1 cup oil for frying
Directions
Wash and soak the sabudana in water for 4 -5 hrs.
After that strain the sabudana and put in the mixing bowl.
Add all ingredients accept oil and mix well.
Make a cutlet shape.
Now heat oil in a wok and deep fry these cutlet on midium hot oil.
Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
